How will my order be delivered to me?

Your order would be delivered via M&P Courier Service at your doorstep. If it is COD, you courier will collect the money and deliver the package to you.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Your order typically reaches your doorstep between 1-3 working days.

 How do I check the status of my order?

Your order status is updated to you via emails. Once your order is placed you would receive an email with your order details. Again after your order is dispatched we send you an email with your tracking details. Please check your Inbox for the status of your order. 

Do you offer International Shipping?

No. We do not offer international shipping at the moment.

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, get in touch with Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been dispatched we can cancel it. You can cancel your order before it is fulfilled using your online login details.

Do you allow exchanges ?

If you do not like anything about your order, you have the right to return the goods to us for an exchange or refund. Therefore, order with confidence. Please read our exchange policies for details.

How do I use my Voucher Code or Gift card?

Select the products you want to buy and add it to your cart. Paste the voucher code in the “Voucher” box and click on ‘OK’ button to apply the voucher. Now check the Final Order Amount!
